We use APC for deliveries and can deliver anywhere within the UK.  We cannot at present deliver outside the UK.

Flat pack baseboard kits are packed in a box with more than one baseboard kit in each box.  Boxes can weigh up to 20Kg.  Deliveries will need to be signed for and cannot be left in a secure place due to potential weather damage.

In the event of goods being damaged, incomplete or missing, please contact us at chris@modellayoutservices.co.uk within 2 working days of delivery.

Orders sent by APC generally arrive within 2-3 working days of despatch.  Some destinations may be longer.  If you have not received your delivery after 7 working days from being notified of despatch please contact us and we will investigate.

All goods are sent to the address we receive on the original order, for your and our protection we are unable to alter this. If the address is incorrect then the order will have to be cancelled and a new one raised. If the order has already been dispatched, we reserve the right to claim any fees arising to the delivery and return of the goods.
